I started going to Circle Dental in February of 2020. I had 13 implants put in under anesthesia. It was a very good experience. I went back in September and two of my implants had failed. I received a whole permanent top plate and it looks… More good. They replaced the 2 failed implants, no extra charge, and I came back in February 2021 and everything was good so I got a whole new permanent bottom plate. I am extremely anxious with Dentists, and Dr Jimenez did his very best to try and calm my fears. I tested him every time with my anxiety but he pushed through so I could have a beautiful smile and teeth which had been pulled twenty year's ago. They did a wonderful job and I now can eat anything I want. The price was acceptable, more than less than 1/2 of a quote in the states, and was a very clean and mostly painless experience, there was some healing pain for the implants. I would definitely recommend them. I now have a great mouth of permanent teeth. everyone spoke English and the staff was great.
I was at Circle Dental Group a couple of weeks ago. The first person who contacted me was Ale. She´s awesome. From the start, she was attentive and answered all my questions. A shuttle was arranged to pick me up at the border. Everyone… More at the office was very nice. They all spoke English and made sure I understood everything. I didn't have to pay for the consultation or X-rays.Dr. Jimenez placed my implant and he did it super quick. He´s a cool guy. I was given my warranty and all set to go. I did have trouble trying to pay with my cards but Ale helped me find a solution. They made sure I made it back to my hotel and even picked me up the next day.The town felt safe and nothing like the things you hear back home. Everyone takes US dollars and most everyone speaks English. I highly recommend Circle Dental Group. I´m looking forward to visiting them in 4 months and finish the work.
My husband heard about going to Circle Dental from winter snow bird friends in PHX. At first, I was skeptical since I didn’t know enough about this Dental Tourism in Los Algodones. Living in ND, why would I know? Now, not only did my husband… More have both implants and bridges there, so did I! Couldn’t have made a better decision. Have been there a number of times. My local dentist in Fargo ND, told me he trained doing implants in that friendly border city. We have both had successful dental work and will continue to recommend this practice to others. My local dentist had nothing but praise for this ‘Molar City’ and said he would highly recommend the skill set of the dental staff, as they do far more volume than a conventional state-side dental practice. The staff at Circle are professional, friendly, and do quality work. It’s well worth the trip for any extensive dental work. We highly recommend Circle Dental!
Amazing care, the exams are always good, they do a good job explaining what absolutely needs to be done, and usually a recommendation on some things you should consider. I went in on this visit, expecting to get a filling replaced and… More a crown, instead I had so much damage from where the filling came out, I needed a root canal. They immediately started on the root canal, did all the prep work for two crowns, and put in a post. Came back the next morning and had the two permanent crowns put in. So a root canal, two crowns, and the post, for a total of $1050, less than a third of what it would have cost in US, plus a total of two office visits. They also guarantee their work, had two crowns done a couple of years ago, after swelling went down there was a gap between the two. Went back a year later, they redid the crowns, didn't charge me a penny. Recommend 100%
I traveled from Phoenix to Circle Dental to save money on needed implants. In April, 2019, Dr. Jimenez placed three implants for me and one more in November, 2019. Two implants were adjoining on my upper right and two adjoined on my lower… More left. By summer, 2020, I had a serious infection at one site and a lesser infection at the other site, as well as bone loss at both sites. I returned to AZ in October and have contacted Circle Dental to inquire about having the infection treated by Dr. Jimenez under warranty. After 4-5 attempts, no one from Circle has gotten back to me. Today a Periodontist here in Phoenix told me between infection and bone loss, all four implants have to come out. I am not a happy patient and cannot recommend Circle Dental Group.Update: Shortly after my above posting, Diana contacted me and I have since been back twice for warranty work on the infection area and it is improving. She explained to me how a change in personnel was the reason for the delay in responding to me. Circle Dental has now been very helpful and attentive to my situation and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
